Terms and Condition

 

Effective Date: Date of Purchase

 

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Zipporah Robinson / ZR Music Services

(the "Coach") and the individual enrolled (the "Client"). By enrolling in the Vocal Freedom Blueprint (the "Program"), the Client agrees to the following:

1. Professional Disclaimers

  • 1.1 Not Therapy: The Program focuses on vocal technique and somatic wellness. The Coach is not a licensed therapist or medical doctor. This is not a substitute for clinical mental health care or medical diagnosis.

  • 1.2 Physical Risk: Vocal work involves physical exertion. The Client represents they are in good health and will cease any exercise that causes physical pain or dizziness.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

  • 2.1 Ownership: The Vocal Freedom Blueprint, including the 3-Pillar structure (Safety, Capacity, Connection), "Somatic Vocal Map," and all curriculum, are the sole property of the Coach.

  • 2.2 Personal Mastery License: Upon full payment, the Client receives a lifetime "Personal Mastery License" to use Program techniques for personal practice, performances, and self-regulation.

  • 2.3 Prohibited Use: The Client is strictly prohibited from:

    • Teaching or coaching others using this methodology or its pillars.

    • Distributing, selling, or publicly posting Program materials (PDFs, audio, maps).

    • Creating "derivative works" (workshops/products) based on this technical sequencing.

 

3. Financial Policy

  • 3.1 Payments: Due to the digital assets provided, payments are non-refundable once the first session begins.

  • 3.2 Payment Plans: If utilized, the Client is legally obligated to complete all payments regardless of program completion. Payment plans are non-refundable after 2nd payment.

 

4. Attendance & Conduct

  • 4.1 Cancellation: 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. Failure to provide notice results in session forfeiture.

  • 4.2 Termination: The Coach may terminate participation for IP violations, disruption, or if clinical care is required. Pro-rated refunds are at the Coach's discretion.

5. Confidentiality

The Coach will maintain the Client’s privacy and will not share personal details or somatic findings without written consent, except where required by law.

 

Acknowledgment: By proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges they have read and agreed to these Terms.

VOCAL FREEDOM BLUEPRINT

COACHING AGREEMENT

 

Agreement Date: Purchase Date

 

 

**PARTIES:**

This Agreement is entered into by and between:

1. **The Coach:** Zipporah Robinson / ZR Music Services (hereinafter "Coach")

2. **The Client:** (hereinafter "Client")

 

1. Description of Services The Client is engaging the Coach for the **Vocal Freedom Blueprint**. This is a 10-session technical and somatic intensive designed to bridge the gap between emotional health and professional vocal mastery.

  • 1.1 Program Deliverables * **Ten (10) Individual Coaching Sessions:** Each 60 minutes in length, delivered virtually.

    • * **Proprietary Somatic Mapping:** A customized assessment of the Client's physical vocal constraints and "Safety Anchors."

    • * **The EIP Library Access:** Access to proprietary Evidence-Integrated Practice warm-ups and technical tracks.

    • * **Final Performance Integration:** Technical facilitation of a "capstone" vocal performance in Session 10.

 

2. Intellectual Property & Personal Mastery

  • 2.1 Ownership of Methodology The Client acknowledges that the **Vocal Freedom Blueprint**, including the 3-Pillar structure (Safety, Capacity, Connection) and all associated curriculum, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Coach.

  • 2.2 Lifetime Personal Mastery License Upon full payment, the Coach grants the Client a **Lifetime Personal Mastery License**. This empowers the Client to utilize all Blueprint techniques—including Vagal Toning, "Safe Sound" methods, and diaphragmatic grounding—for their own private self-regulation, artistic expression, and personal performances forever.

  • 2.3 Boundaries of Use To protect the integrity of the methodology, the Client agrees to the following:

    • * **Non-Commercial Use:** The Client shall not teach, coach, or charge fees for training others in the Vocal Freedom Blueprint methodology.

    • * **No Derivative Works:** The Client shall not create workshops or digital products based on the specific technical sequencing provided in this program.

    • * **Non-Distribution:** Internal PDFs, proprietary tracks, and curriculum maps are for the Client's private use only and may not be shared with third parties.

 

3. Financial Terms

  • 3.1 Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the proprietary assets and the limited availability of session blocks, all payments are non-refundable once the first session has commenced.

 

4. Professional Boundaries The Coach is a Vocal Presence and Resilience Coach, not a licensed therapist or medical doctor. This program is a technical coaching service and is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment.

 

5. Scheduling & Cancellations The Client must provide **24 hours' notice** for rescheduling. Failure to provide notice or "No-Shows" result in a forfeited session.
