These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Zipporah Robinson / ZR Music Services
(the "Coach") and the individual enrolled (the "Client"). By enrolling in the Singing for Emotional Health and Healing (the "Program"), the Client agrees to the following:
1. Professional Disclaimers

1.1 Not Therapy: The Program focuses on vocal technique and somatic wellness. The Coach is not a licensed therapist or medical doctor. This is not a substitute for clinical mental health care or medical diagnosis.

1.2 Physical Risk: Vocal work involves physical exertion. The Client represents they are in good health and will cease any exercise that causes physical pain or dizziness.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

2.1 Ownership: Singing for Emotional Health and Healing all curriculum, are the sole property of the Coach.

2.2 Personal Mastery License: Upon full payment, the Client receives a lifetime "Personal Mastery License" to use Program techniques for personal practice, performances, and self-regulation.

2.3 Prohibited Use: The Client is strictly prohibited from:

Teaching or coaching others using this methodology or its pillars.
-
Distributing, selling, or publicly posting Program materials (PDFs, audio, maps).

Creating "derivative works" (workshops/products) based on this technical sequencing.

3. Financial Policy

3.1 Payments: Due to the digital assets provided, payments are non-refundable once the first session begins.

3.2 Payment Plans: If utilized, the Client is legally obligated to complete all payments regardless of program completion.
4. Attendance & Conduct

4.1 Cancellation: 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. Failure to provide notice results in session forfeiture.

4.2 Termination: The Coach may terminate participation for IP violations, disruption, or if clinical care is required. Pro-rated refunds are at the Coach's discretion.
5. Confidentiality
The Coach will maintain the Client’s privacy and will not share personal details or somatic findings without written consent, except where required by law.
Acknowledgment: By proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges they have read and agreed to these Terms.

1. Description and Scope of Services
1.1 Program Philosophy

The Client is engaging the Coach for the Singing for Emotional Health and Healing program. This is a journey designed to use the voice as a tool for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and personal resilience. This program focuses on "Finding Your Voice & Your Peace" through Evidence-Integrated Practice (EIP) and trauma-informed vocal exploration.
1.2 Services Included

The 4-Week Program includes:

Four (4) individual coaching sessions, each 60 minutes in length.

Tailoring vocal tools to the Client's specific needs (e.g., anxiety, grief, or exhaustion).

Somatic & Vocal Tools: Instruction in mindful awareness, gentle vocal exploration, and breath-work rooted in EIP research.

Support: Brief email/text check-ins between sessions for progress tracking.

1.3 Coaching vs. Therapy (Professional Boundaries)

The Coach is a Vocal Empowerment and Wellbeing Coach. While this work offers therapeutic benefits through singing and sound:

The Coach is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical doctor.

This program is not a substitute for formal clinical therapy or mental health diagnosis.

2. Disclaimer and Client Responsibility
2.1 Mental Health Awareness

The Coach provides a trauma-informed and safe, non-judgmental space. However, if the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, they are encouraged to inform their provider about this complementary work.
2.2 Results

The Client acknowledges that emotional healing is a personal journey. Results depend on the Client’s willingness to authentically explore their emotions and participate in the suggested vocal exercises.
3. Financial Terms
3.1 Total Fee

The total fee for the 4-session Singing for Emotional Health and Healing program is $260.00 USD.
3.2 Payment
-
Full payment is due upon signing this agreement to secure the session block.
4. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
-
Rescheduling: The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session.
-
Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property & Framework Protection
5.1 Ownership of the Coaching Framework
The Coach retains 100% ownership of all proprietary methodologies, curriculum, exercises, worksheets, and the Coaching IP.. The Client acknowledges that the Coaching IP is the exclusive property of the Coach and is lawfully protected.
5.2 Limited License to Client
The Coach grants the Client a limited, non-transferable, personal license to use the Coaching IP solely for their own personal development.
5.3 Prohibited Uses
The Client is strictly prohibited from:

Teaching, coaching, or training others using the Coach's proprietary methods.

Creating "derivative works" (e.g., their own e-book or course) based on the Coach's framework.
-
Sharing, recording, or distributing session materials, PDFs, or audio warm-ups with third parties without express written consent.
6. Confidentiality
The Coach maintains strict confidentiality regarding the Client’s emotional disclosures and vocal progress, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
